The hull is made from 3/8 marine ply and several coats of yacht varnish. The top `tipping tray' holds approx. 2 litres of ground bait each side. Once loaded, the rig/weight/hook bait etc, was laid on top of ground bait (one each side) then reels set to free spool the boat would head to chosen point.
