Wear surgical gloves and a mask, clean gloved hands in 70% Isopropanol alcohol. Use a wipe to sanitise your injection site for 30 seconds. Make one easily from a clear plastic tote/storage box, cut out 2 hand holes, spray down inside and out with diluted bleach (5%bleach:99%water) or 70% isopropanol alcohol.
