I remember as a kid going to ball games and seeing guys with one of these in their laps watching the game. Even then as a kid I didn't understand that. Great cosmetic shape. Tested- radio quality was suprisingly good; couldn't get reception on TV, but heard static and light from screen was noisy evident when i turned the unit back off. With the said, i assume the TV works as intended, but please you be the judge. Also, didnt test battery option, only plug, but battery compartment is clean with no corrosion.
