This set is a vintage replica of the plotting tools used to measure course and bearings on charts. Excellent condition- the protractor plotter is brass, and comes with a felt- lined box. The scales are clear and complete and come in a protective paper sleeve that has use instructions on it. Paper sleeve has done small edge/corner issues from age, but complete and all instructions clearly legible. Please see pics for further description and condition.
