Rare find! This vintage 2003 Mattel Matchbox Megaphone & Voice Changer is in excellent cosmetic and working condition. Makes a siren noise, has preset police commands, works as a megaphone and voice changer. Batteries preloaded and ready to go, although I can't speak on how long they have to live. All stickers and graphics are very good and complete. Red flashing light on top also works as intended. Very cool collector item. Please see pics for further description and condition.
