1930's Brass NO-KE padlock with 5 number wheels, 3 moving and 2 fixed No Combo
The padlock is a five combination wheel. 2 are stationary and 3 wheels move. it is a combination lock. I do not know the combo. This is a very cool/neat looking lock. i believe it to be brass with a steel shackle.
