8gb of DDR3 1600Mhz Ram in 2x 4gb sticks matched pair. These were in a system briefly- about a year - until i bought a "top blower" cooler that sat over the Ram sockets and these proved to be too high. They are "high profile" ram, i.e. taller than the average ram stick. Make sure you have room to accomodate them. I'm talking about the height of the profile sticking up from the mobo here. The socket size is the standard DDR3 socket size, but then perhaps you already probably know this and i'm waffling so i'll shut up. "Ram sticks! Get your Ram sticks! Get em while they're ... ... ... 'cool'?"
