This is a lovely 1857 US Gold Dollar - 'Large Indian Head Type 3'. It has had a small gold loop attached to it and has some small scratches to the outer rim, but is otherwise in good overall condition. A lovely little piece of history! Please see my other listings for more similar gold coins.
