So I broke my leg and ended up on crutches. Holds all standard size cans and also beer cans, energy drinks cans (not the narrow Red Bull size cans but I'm designing one of these now. Heavily tested this and with an unopened can or bottle the drink does not get shaken up when walking.and I'm still pretty poor on these things! ).
