Sylvanian Families Deluxe House on the Hill This has a duskier coloured roof and is HTF. There is a small crack to the corner of the front of the roof, on the left. This beautiful Victorian style house has many joining rooms and a sweet spiral staircase. The balcony doors open onto the little roof area and the two bay windows are also functioning. It is my absolute favourite Sylvanian house! It does NOT come with any railings, steps, ladder etc or furniture, accessories or figures other than those shown.
