Great condition. Can't guarantee all pieces are there- see the pictures for what is. But has just been on display so all/ almost all should be. Only includes the Mickey and Minnie minifigures. Station was deconstructed before I got a photo of it with the train. I have checked and the electric train works with the app. No box or instructions.
