The sound of the cassette is a little muffled?. I feel that the cassette sound is a little muffled. The unit works perfectly, including CD playback (CD-R not supported), cassette playback, auto reverse, reverse playback, fast forward, rewind, AM/FM radio, sound output from each speaker, EQ operation/sparener display, and so on.
