Comes as shown. This is a preowned vintage brochure. It is in vintage preowned condition. Please review all photos as they are part of the description. Front cover has a gritty feeling stain on it. Both covers have wear. Fraying, dents, marks, and creases. The inside pages look to be mostly spared from those issues from what I can tell. They will have light wear from handling.
