In full working order, works well and the battery lasts a good length of time. The strap is a little discoloured from use and there are some microscopic scratches on the screen but you need to be looking very carefully in a certain light and from a distance to see them. These marks can't be seen when the headset is on. It comes with the original box, usb cable and charger, and both controllers. The wrist straps don't seem to be in the box. The controllers both have new batteries
