Mid blue colour - Elasticated puff sleeves with elasticated shoulder part. Big puffy skirt with netted underskirt. Fits my size 10 mannequin perfectly. Big bow on the back bum that poppers on the outer edge bow part but is missing it's popper on one side so has a small safety pin.
