Iconic Parker Vector black rollerball pen with a working blue ink fine point refill. The pen is made for “National Smokeless Fuels” and has its engraving. The vector was introduced in the early 80’s. It is known to be a nice writer for it's affordable price. This pen is in mint condition. It is in working order. A writing sample has been provided.
