Comes as shown! Please review all photos. As they are part of the description. This diver extension is a vintage preowned part. It is in preowned condition. It is being sold as is. For parts or repair. This one is missing a screw and is a bit more worn than the other. Its spring bar also seems to move side to side far more freely. It also has some stains / debris throughout. It has large patch of scratches on the high polished side. The rest of it has some hairlines and small marks. The threads on the inside look good. I also tested them with the screw from the other extension.
