3x Faulty Cisco 8865 UC IP Phone Base Units, Faulty Cameras / Boot Issue

This is for 3 used and faulty Cisco UC IP Phone 8865s (2x CP-8865-K9= & 1 CP-8865-3PCC-K9=). Does NOT include Stands, Handsets or Handset cables. Phone 1 - Doesn't always boot when powered, removing power and trying again usually works, functions fine beyond this.
