The headphones work just fine they just need the ear pads replaced and there is a crack in the head strap so that needs to be replaced, the base station works perfectly along with everything else on the headset works fine. just a couple parts that need replacing. this is being sold as for parts or not working due to the head strap crack, no refunds will be accepted due to this.
