Phone has had a new lcd screen and battery and is in a black wallet case. Looks and works as new.this a very popular model and give you good service. Sorry no usb cable. It will be set to factory settings.I am not a a dealer or a business i just return these phones to good working order as a hobby in my retirement and the money i get for them i use to get more on the ebay auctions and around it goes.I would rather do this then sit in front of a television all day going ga ga.
