This is working I had to test it on a cb antenna so not the right one I tried a few bands on Am and sidbands all the buttons seem to work fine it comes with a power lead I can’t seem to get it working on the battery’s I put batteries in it but nothing and nothing seems corroded what I can see . selling cheap for that reason but as I say it works fine with the power lead in not bad condition uk sale please it will come without batteries due to postage
