This is my daughters Sylvanian Families Applewood Department store and house set. Funds go to her! These seem quite rare with the additional third floor house. Each level slides off. Everything seems in good condition other than a broken door, doesnt affect use. Shes created this set to the best of her knowledge which may have additional or non original parts to the set. Everything in photos is included and seems like a decent bundle. She's also selling other Sylvanian families items like a hospital, large hotel, car, etc. Shes given it a clean preparing it for sale but you might want to go over it yourselves!
