Everything works, the frequency display is as bright as it was back in 1984. It has good stability and audio. All the buttons and switches work as they should. This one covers all the HF bands with all modes including NBFM and has the bonus of having the VHF module installed too - so it also tunes the VHF range covering aircraft, utilities and the 2M amateur band.
