Powers up fine. Working and tested. but only works with power lead in. comes with power adapter and nothing else. decent condition for age. IMPORTANT: Only stays on when power lead plugged in. So maybe battery issue. but other than that it's perfect for browsing and chrome apps. tested played YouTube videos fine. 100% feedback no messing. any questions get in touch
