One completely original JBL woofer that sounds excellent and should be good for many more years of service. See pictures for repair that was made to the cone several years ago by the original owner who I purchased the speakers from. Repair looks solid and I would say it will last. It appears that a reasonable amount of adhesive was used, so I do not believe that considerable mass was added in the process of making the repair.
