This is a Lenovo ThinkPad L14 Gen 2 Laptop. There is a mark on the plastic above the ThinkPad logo, I actually don't know what it is, it could be a finger print sensor or just a mark on the plastic. It is loaded with Windows 11 Professional, Apache Open Office and Windows Defender Anti virus software.
