Antique Brass Gravy Boat Sauce Server. I really do not know what it was made for but it is interesting and has a great patina. It measures 6 1/2" from the handle to the spout. I can't imagine serving food in this, so perhaps it had another purpose. The wood base limits heating options. The maker, stamped into the wood, is W.D. Allen Mfg.
