This unit was bought when we had a young child who struggled with heatwaves and humid weather. It is very powerful and can cool more than one room, the directional blades dont move automatically, but the remote control unit works and it comes with original instructions and accessories. Its an evaporative unit meaning on air con function it dispells the moisture through the exhaust hose so you dont have to drain the water. You might need to stand it on a small table or unit so the extendable hose reaches outside through a window. It is really fantastic when you can sleep or relax in a nice cool room when its hot outside. We are sorting out the house and have no need for it now.
