For parts or repair. The dial has tons of dust and debris stuck to it. There is a few spots that have stains. There is also a decent amount of hairline scratches on the dial. But it’s hard to differentiate between debris and scratches. The hour markers and coronet have wear and oxidation. The text looks sharp. The minute track look clean.
