A mid nineties flagship top of the range keyboard by Yamaha. This is a heavyweight piece of kit weighing in at around 20kg so build like a tank! Full size keyboard with touch sensitive keys, modulation and pitch bend controls. The keyboard itself has a nice light feel and all keys are fully working well. The sound quality is excellent with a great reverb setting, a very full and deep sound. It has 100 presets with a full range of instruments and also has a disk drive. The stop start button for the rhythm is no longer working, through use I would imagine but the rhythm can be triggered by the adjacent fill buttons. Although it’s really heavy in still prepared to pack and send it, I’ll pack as well as I can so it survives the journey.
