The item was pulled from outdoor storage and does have a musty/dusty storage smell. Writing is present on the cover. You will also notice storage wear including page folds, marks, and discoloration throughout. It appears that all pages are intact; however, I did not count every single page due to the thickness of the book. It is quite thick and heavy, weighing approximately 5½ pounds. Sold as is.
