This is Sony Wide Conversion Lens X0.7 VCL-0746B. It has a 46mm screw mount, so will fit all Sony camcorders with a 46mm filter ring. It is an auxiliary lens made by Sony in Japan, it is designed to be attached to a Sony Camcorder lens front on the filter ring, to produce a 0.7x wider angle than the original lens.
