Large neoprene kayak spray skirt. I've listed as used but this was my spare which I'm not sure I ever used, so it's like new. Photos show rough size (36 inches long, 18 inches wide) but it is adjustable and will stretch bigger than size shown, or can be drawn in with elastic drawstring.
