When something goes wrong with these units, the whole unit needs to be replaced, you can’t get new spare parts which means the customer has to spend a lot if their unit fails. So alternatively, if this particular unit cannot be fixed, having some spare parts might be useful if a customer needs a cost effective solution to get their system working again.
