Lego Blacksmith Shop, missing the brown cape (costs about £3 on Bricklink), but otherwise complete as far as I can tell. I've built it according to the instructions and all parts are of the correct colour. It is old and shows some playwear (mostly light scratches) and slight discolouration, but not bad for being over 40 years old. No box or instructions, but scans are available online.
