This is an original Exclusive Playing Card brand Slot Machine Dice game, copyright 1949 and likely from the early 1950s, a 11 x 5 inch double card, with the same printing on each card (and nothing on the back). Instructions at bottom of cards explain how to play as a game of chance. Three 5/8 inch cube dice, with symbols on the sides, fit on the top of the card. This is old store stock, so it the game is still wrapped in cellophane that is open at one side. The cellophane was taped toward the bottom of one side, so there is a tape stain (shown) on one card only. Great gambling collectible.
