Vintage Parker 45 flighter black tassie chrome trim fountain pen with broad nib. The 45 flighter black Tassie was in production from 1964 till 1969. It used more expensive metal. The steel flighter was immediately a best seller. It is cartridge / converter compatible. This pen is known to be a nice writer, extremely popular among the enthusiasts.
