It needs somebody with know-how and time/energy to reformat and put a new OS onto it. I know that the screen works as I have done the screen D test. Solid colours with no lines. It runs an Intel Core i3 processor, 16GB of RAM, and a 256GB SSD storage. If you can get into the BIOS, or know how to boot from a USB and install a new OS, this will be an excellent computer.
