Missing some parts ( the milk unit - or most of it; also one of the lids, see photos) When I first started it, all coffee options were available, i tried to pick black coffee ( filled coffee and water ) but all it did was to ground the coffee, no water, no dispense. I tried using the cleaning mode and the brewer unit got stuck, so now when you turn it on it only shows a small exclamation mark insted of the coffee options. Sold as seen
