The item is brand new and has never been used. As it is an imported unit, it had to be activated in advance in accordance with DJI’s policy. The device is therefore already activated, but it still comes with a one-year official warranty, valid until 17/04/2027. DJI Care Refresh can also be purchased separately, providing international coverage and a replacement service through DJI.
