Hive Hub V2 British Gas (no cables) - new unused unregistered
Check if plugs are off when you've already left the house, and check if doors and windows are shut with their sensors. Just the main hub unit. Hubs may have small scratches/marks from storage unboxed but doesn’t effect use.
