MDPE PIPE COMPRESSION FITTINGS. The nickel plated brass lever tap has TWIN outlets. Both outlets have a 3/4" BSP male thread and one has a snap on connector attached for standard 1/2" garden hose. You can have a hose pipe permanently connected to one outlet whilst still having a second outlet available for filling watering cans etc.
