Tie Guan Yin’. Chinese Oolong Loose Leaf Tea. This Oolong Tea originated in the 19. th century in Anxi in the Fujian Province of China. It’s leaves differ in shades from green to a pale brown and the processing is a complex mix of drying & withering, with a lighter oxidation than our ‘ Mì Chá Oolong’.
