PRETTY STERLING SILVER SEAL END PROPELLING PENCIL CIRCA 1900
This is a pretty antique sterling silver seal end propelling pencil. The pencil is not hallmarked but dates to circa 1890 to 1900. The item is in excellent condition, the seal end unscrews to keep spare leads.
