Velvet loop at bottom of collar, possibly for holding a scarf. Jacket fastens with buttons and snap, skirt has back zip and button closure. Exterior is in good condition, would be excellent if not for a bit of wear to velvet at back neck (see close up photo) and a couple nearly invisible pulls in weave.
