The first picture shows both sides, this is only one charm. This is a very rare and hard to find item! Charm can flip/spin to show either side. Charm has wear and a bit of discoloration. One of the pearls on the side has broken off. It appears to not be missing any crystals, they are all still there. Charm has some weight to it. This is a very cool piece of jewelry that is sure to get lots of attention.
