This is the 1983 Cinelli S. C. as shown. It has a custom paint and decal job to imitate a 1950s Cinelli. The BB thread is BSA as best I recall. It has a Campagnolo headset which is pretty pricey just by itself. The paint is touched up in several places, which could be done professionally to be far less obvious. There is pretty much no rust on it. The seat tube center-to-top is 58 cm, and the top tube center-to-center is 56.5 cm. I was using a Campy Record Ergopower groupset on it, and I am leaving you the downtube barrel adjusters if you want to do something similar.
