Bridgestone Battlax AT41 Groove optimisation: a higher average groove volume combined with a more consistent groove ration in the contact patch leads to an optimisation of the grooves and the water drainage. This results in improved WET traction, braking and grip. The blocky pattern gives an off-road look to the AT41, even if it's meant for on-road usage. The new block shape also prevents partial wear on the shoulder parts of the tyre. The touring compound that is used (with 3LC for the rear) provides excellent Dry/Wet performance on top of great mileage which makes the tyre an all-weather performing.
