Samsung DVD VCR, DVD-VR375, Off center, Won't Play, No Remote AS-IS Parts/Repair

I have a used Samsung DVD VCR, DVD-VR375. The VCR player has been tested not play, but turns on. SKU: VCR (03) CM. WillNOT play VHS, system image shown through AV, and HDMI was off centered. The Record feature, Component, and In Lines have not been tested.
