A lovely condition limited edition Franklin mint plate, presented by lilliput lane, titled "wishing well cottage", numbered KA 2055. Please note that the date of manufacture is unknown,but ebay specifications require a date entered so I use 1999!,as they will not accept UNKNOWN.
